Erika Martens serves as the Vice President of Finance and Systems for FirstTrust Home Loans.

​

Erika is the current President of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association,  Board Chair for the Health and Wellness Center, and member of the Lenders One Data Council.

Ben Paul has had the opportunity to be in banking since 2005 moving through roles within both Retail & Business Banking before landing in Mortgage.

Ben’s focus on utilizing technology to drive business growth and team development are keys to his success.

Robert Fightmaster is the Mortgage President for First National Bank and Trust Co./The First State Bank.

In 1992 Robert began his career in the mortgage Industry.  Robert has worked for several national companies and also owned his own independent mortgage company for 7 years.

Linda Dickerson  started her career in mortgage banking in 1986. She joined Exchange Bank in Stillwater as its Senior Vice President and started its mortgage department

Linda has been involved in OMBA for many years and was asked to be on the board in 2006.
